Saturday 6th February Ballymena beat Rainey in UCL
Ballymena registered a win against Rainey OB in the Ulster League by 20 points to 15. Stephen Castle, Ross Hackney and James Taggart scored tries; Gareth Fisher converted one and kicked a penalty. The 2nd XV beat their Rainey counterparts by 34 points to nil.

Two Ballymena players, Andrew Ferguson & Ross Hackney, have been selected on the Irish Colleges squad to play French Students in Cognac on Friday 12th February, the eve of the Ireland V France senior international. Andrew will be winning his 3rd colleges cap while Ross will be making his debut. Irish Colleges also play English Students in Newcastle 26th February. Complete squad |
