Ballymena Open Ulster League Campaign with a win

A bright start by Rainey produced the first score of the game, but once Ballymena got into their stride their superior pace made the difference. Gareth Fisher converted all seven tries and kicked two penalties to make the final score 55 points to 22 in Ballymena's favour. Earlier the 2nd XV found their Rainey counterparts a tough not to crack, but eventually ran out winners by 31 points to 20. Pics by Owen O'Kane
