Safety
We insist that all children wear a mouth guard for training and games.
We would also recommend scrum caps for head protection. The IRFU have
called for a ban on boots with metal blades due to injuries sustained.
Parents are asked to ensure that children have the proper boots.

The fixture list for the 2009/10 season is now updated.
Coaching
All our coaches are volunteers and we are always on the look out for
coaches/helpers on a Sat morning……no previous experience is
required. If you are interested in helping, please speak to your child’s coach on a Saturday morning. The coaches follow the IRFU code of ethics and have completed
all relevant police checks. Click

Catering
At the end of training the children are given juice and crisps and after
a match, hot dogs are provided. This requires volunteers to distribute.
Each age group are taking this in turn throughout the season. If you would
be available for one Sat morning between 10:30 – 11:30 please contact
your child’s coach.
