Under 19 Pre Season Training
Purpose of this preseason training is to improve our Basic fitness level and will be FUN but demanding.
The more you put in the better the results If we concentrate on improving our basic fitness now, in August we can concentrate on Rugby.
Wednesday 13th June 1815hrs until 2000hrs - Baseline Fitness Test
Monday 18th June 1945hrs until 2100hrs
Monday 25th June 1945hrs until 2100hrs
Monday 2nd July 1815hrs until 2000hrs
Monday 16th July 1815hrs until 2000hrs
Monday 23rd July Final Testing Day 1815hrs until 2100hrs- Team meeting to set Season Goals included in this session
Throughout this time Touch Rugby is taking place on Wednesday evenings @ 7pm and you would be welcome to attend.
